I had a PSYCH-K® Session with Tyisha and it was truly more than I expected. She did an intake of what was going on in my life, and then she showed me some mudras to help with balances the hemispheres of my brain. This was a cool way to see where I was most imbalanced (left or right side) my masculine side definitely needed nourishment and attention.
Tyisha held beautiful non judgmental space for me as I (or my ego lol) vented a bit about my emotional struggles in dealing with my emotionally absent mother. We practiced an up leveling conversation style which teaches you how to communicate authentically in connection (something my masculine side deeply struggles with) but this was able to show me what was coming from my lower self and how to come from the higher self. I needed to vent on some issues with my mother and Tyisha offered a talk back (or was it repeat back method?) that helped me feel really validated and seen.
I enjoyed the brain exercises as I struggle with balance in both left and right sides. Plus I realize that I can use these exercises at home and in meditation. After the session I noticed a lot of rage wanting to come up, it felt like we tapped into something that opened up some repressed emotions, I spent the evening releasing rage and actually felt exhausted the next day and slept. I could see how much my body needed this.
